March, 2008 - Announcing the Winners of the Peculiar Treasures Photo Contest!

The Contest: To enter, we asked our readers to send in a photo of themselves and a good friend.

Robin’s assistant, Rachel Z., posted all the pictures you submitted in the Peculiar Treasures album on Robin’s Photo page .

The Winners: Our Peculiar Treasures photo contest drew more than 170 fantastic photo submissions. 

Robin selected 25 random winners (through a drawing) to receive two autographed copies of Peculiar Treasures - Chapter One.

August, 2007 - Announcing the winners of the Peculiar Treasures contest!

The Contest:

In the same way that Todd used Scripture to bless Christy throughout the Christy Miller series, our favorite red-headed "Peculiar Treasure," Katie Weldon, needed a special verse to carry her through life's ups and downs. We asked Robin’s readers to submit their best suggestions for a Scripture that would encourage and cheer Katie on. And we had over SIX HUNDRED entries!

The Winners: 

Five people picked the same, perfect Bible verse for Katie. The verse . . . drum roll, please. . . is:  Psalm 121:8-- "The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever."

Robin Says: “I loved this verse because it clearly states that God covers every moment of our lives, even our going out and coming in. That’s one of the life-thoughts Katie grabs onto in this first novel.”
